RECIPE OF COLIFLOR OVEN EMPANADA WITHOUT BECHAMEL

Preparing a snack doesn't always have to be fast, mostly with unhealthy and fried foods. A plate prepared with vegetables can also become a tasty snack. While we know that not everyone likes vegetables, I suggest doing something different, a roasted cauliflower in pieces. On this occasion the cauliflower will get an extra flavor when baked. Best of all, it is much healthier than blushing. When made in the oven, the recipe contains less fat because we do not use oil to prepare it. It takes very little to do, only about 45 minutes, so in addition to being simple, it's a very fast dish to make. Let's see how to prepare a roasted cauliflower pie in a few steps:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE A SECOND REVOZADAN LIMITED WITHOUT BECHAMEL

Time needed: 45 minutes

Getting baked cauliflower in the oven without bechamel will save us some calories.

  1. Cut and sauté the cauliflower with eggs and breadcrumbs

    In a deep container, place the eggs, a pinch of salt, a little pepper and beat until consistency is homogeneous. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized twigs and pass each one through the egg. Then we pass them on bread, always in this order, until they are well covered. Place them on a baking sheet lined with vegetable paper.

  2. Put the cauliflower already beaten in the oven, and cook until fried, without adding bekelel

    Once this is done, we insert the tray into the oven, preheated to 200ºC. Let them cook here for about 20 minutes, until light brown. After this time, we turn the twigs off, and let them roast for another 20 minutes, until golden brown. After this time, remove them from the oven and serve.

Accompany this baked cauliflower without bechamel with a light sauce to your liking, or with a good salad. You will have a very healthy and tasty dish without having to work.
